I think you call this being bullied.

I am apparently driving Jean into town this afternoon. She claims we need an unspecified something for the suite, and that she's going to be too busy leafing through catalogues during the drive to be, well, driving.

Apparently we even have to take my car. Which I am driving.

I'd moan about my wife being manipulative and sneaky, but I knew that before I married her.

My fiance and I are laughing at you.

Oh, sure, laugh. You're not the one who's going to go out and crash your car this afternoon.

You're not going to crash. And if you do, it's Jean's fault for not stopping you before it happened.

Wait, your what?

Does Dr. Grey know? You're in so much trouble...

Actually, she and the mystery redhead I married after Christmas at my grandparents' place get along really well. You'd think they were identical twins or something.

Wait, your brother is engaged and you've gotten married? And both over Christmas break? Is this like identical twins dressing alike or something?

In that order even. *smug, flashes ring*

Essentially what I was going to say but with less wit and more stumbling around and possible pouting.

Silly, smug man. And here's where I congratulate you again and squee some more over the wonderful news. And maybe add a "it's about time!" too for good measure.

I'll go mug Jean again later. ;)
