So I finally settled on something for a final, full-class shop project this term. We're going to build a submarine. Yes, you heard me properly. One of those little ride-along ones that divers use when they want to get somewhere faster than they can swim.

I've got the plans for it, and I'll have the materials in within a couple of weeks. Test-driving it will be the fun part, but obviously we won't be doing that for a few months.
